First Lady Liza Araneta-Marcos and President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. went on a date at a BGC, Taguig restaurant on Sunday, spending time together on her birthday sabbatical. “Date night,” the First Lady posted on her Facebook page, mentioning Got Soul MNL as the venue.
Got Soul MNL is an upscale community hi-fi listening bar in BGC founded by a collective of restaurateurs and industry collaborators, including DJ Jojo Flores, chef Chele González and Manolet Dario.
Over the weekend, the First Lady also celebrated with Queen of All Media Kris Aquino and her sons, Bimby and Josh, as well as Anne Binay Alcantara. Fashion designer Michael Leyva shared photos from the gathering on Instagram.
“From all of us, may this special day bring you the same warmth, grace, and joy that you continue to share with others,” Leyva wrote.
Mrs. Marcos celebrated her 67th birthday on Friday, 21 August.
“Here’s to another year of creating beautiful things, inspiring others, and dedicating yourself to meaningful work in service of the Filipino people,” Leyva said.
