Rimini Street has launched a managed service aimed at helping enterprises monitor and control artificial intelligence agents as businesses increasingly move AI systems from experimentation into production.

The enterprise software support provider said Rimini Govern for AI provides centralized monitoring of AI agent activity, workflows, security events, compliance, performance and operating costs across an organization.

The service also allows companies to restrict agents to authorized activities, enforce security and compliance policies and measure returns from AI investments.

“As organizations move from AI experimentation to enterprise-scale adoption, they need trusted visibility, governance and control to deploy AI responsibly and securely,” Constellation Research CEO R “Ray” Wang said.

The launch comes as businesses face what Rimini Street described as a widening “control gap” caused by rapid AI agent adoption, fragmented monitoring systems and so-called shadow AI, or AI tools being used without sufficient organizational oversight.

Citing Gartner, Rimini Street said 40 percent of enterprises are expected to demote or decommission autonomous AI agents by 2027 because of governance gaps discovered after production incidents.

Rimini Govern for AI is delivered as a 24/7 managed service through the company’s Global Command Centers.

Deployment involves three stages: assessing an organization’s AI strategy and governance needs, discovering and configuring AI agents across enterprise systems, and continuously monitoring their operations.

The service includes root-cause analysis and remediation support for AI agent issues and monitors operational, financial, security and compliance risks.

Rimini Street said the platform is designed to work across different AI tools, platforms and vendors, particularly for organizations operating mission-critical or highly regulated systems.

Rimini Govern for AI joins the company’s broader agentic AI portfolio, which includes Rimini Agentworks for developing and deploying AI agents and Rimini Agentic UX for integrating AI-driven workflows with existing enterprise resource planning systems.
