Resorts World Sentosa (RWS) is currently rolling out one of its biggest seasonal campaigns yet, turning three of its signature attractions into immersive, character-led experiences that combine entertainment, themed dining and retail with family-friendly adventures throughout the summer.

The resort-wide Summer of Treasures campaign, running until 30 August, brings exclusive activations to Singapore Oceanarium, Universal Studios Singapore and Adventure Cove Waterpark, inviting guests to explore the integrated resort through a mix of pop culture collaborations and interactive experiences.

Among the biggest highlights is Singapore Oceanarium’s CryBaby: Cry Me an Ocean, the attraction’s largest activation to date. Developed with POP MART and the Singapore Tourism Board, the experience introduces seven new marine-themed CRYBABY characters displayed as oversized inflatables, sculptures and photo installations spread across the oceanarium, WEAVE and a dedicated pop-up store.

The installations are integrated alongside the oceanarium’s marine habitats, allowing visitors to encounter the collectible characters while learning about ocean life. The collaboration presents marine conservation through creative storytelling, making the exhibits more engaging for visitors of all ages. The activation is included with regular admission.

Beyond the character experience, Singapore Oceanarium will also mark World Oceans Day with educational programs centered on marine conservation. Activities include family-friendly reef stewardship workshops, environmental film screenings, guided photography sessions, hands-on craft activities and the launch of The Oceanic Journey, a coffee table book that explores marine biodiversity through the oceanarium’s exhibits.

At Universal Studios Singapore, the spotlight shifts to Illumination’s Minions & Monsters Summer, inspired by the animated film Minions & Monsters.

The park has been transformed with themed décor, new meet-and-greet opportunities and a live entertainment offering featuring the franchise’s newest characters. Guests can encounter monsters Howard and Irene along Hollywood Street while James and Henry make their park debut through the all-new live show Conjuring Chaos.

The event also extends to food and retail, with limited-time menu items and exclusive merchandise inspired by the film available throughout the park, complementing Universal Studios Singapore’s lineup of rides, attractions and entertainment.

Meanwhile, Adventure Cove Waterpark is hosting its first Sanrio Hapidanbui Summer, giving the beloved Sanrio boy group a tropical twist for the season.

Visitors will find themed installations and photo spots featuring Hangyodon, Kerokerokeroppi, Tuxedosam, Ahirunopekkle, Bad Badtz-Maru and Pochacco across the waterpark. Character-inspired food and beverages, along with exclusive merchandise such as shirts, hats, towels and beach accessories, are also available during the campaign.

The experience also includes collectible keepsakes, with guests receiving exclusive temporary tattoos upon entry and limited-edition waterproof Sanrio stickers through qualifying dining and retail purchases.

Resorts World Sentosa said the campaign was designed to encourage guests to explore more of the integrated resort by connecting its attractions, dining and shopping experiences into one summer itinerary. By combining global entertainment brands with immersive experiences, the resort aims to offer visitors something new to discover at every stop.

Summer of Treasures runs until 30 August, with the featured activations included in regular admission to their respective attractions. Visitors can learn more about ticket prices, schedules and seasonal activities through Resorts World Sentosa’s official website before planning their trip.
