Heart Mate has reaffirmed its position as the country’s leading canola oil brand, citing growing consumer trust and recognition from cardiologists for its role in promoting heart-healthy cooking.

The brand said it has become the No. 1 canola oil brand in the Philippines, attributing its market leadership to years of consumer confidence among Filipino households seeking healthier cooking options.

Heart Mate also highlighted findings from a 2026 IQVIA study, which showed that the brand is the most prescribed canola oil by cardiologists in the Philippines.

“Taking trust to the next level, Heart Mate Canola Oil is Prescribed by Cardiologists, as validated by an IQVIA study in 2026, underscoring its importance in supporting heart health,” the company said.

According to the study, cardiologists consider Heart Mate beneficial for heart health and effective in helping reduce the risk of heart disease compared with other canola oil brands included in the research.

The company said the findings reinforce the importance of choosing healthier cooking ingredients as cardiovascular disease remains among the country’s leading health concerns.

Heart Mate said its canola oil contains zero cholesterol, has one of the lowest saturated fat contents among vegetable oils, and is a source of Omega-3 and Omega-6 fatty acids, making it suitable for consumers seeking heart-conscious meal preparation.

Beyond its products, the brand said it continues to promote healthier lifestyles through nutrition education, cooking demonstrations, and community-based initiatives.

Heart Mate added that its products are available in leading groceries and supermarkets nationwide.
