iCare HMO Philippines has won two honors at the 2026 Insurance Asia Awards, earning recognition for its AI-powered telemedicine platform and nationwide healthcare partnership program.
The company received AI Initiative of the Year — Philippines for Telemed7 and Strategic Partnership of the Year — Philippines for its Super Preferred Clinics program.
Telemed7 enables members to book consultations through Viber and connects them with licensed physicians in as little as seven minutes using AI to automate appointment scheduling.
Meanwhile, iCare’s Super Preferred Clinics program has expanded to 157 partner clinics nationwide through collaborations with The Medical City Clinics, Healthway QualiMed and Hi-Precision Diagnostics, giving members easier access to primary healthcare.
“Our focus remains on helping more Filipinos say yes to better health,” said iCare president and CEO Geronimo V. Francisco.
The awards recognize iCare’s efforts to combine digital health services with strategic provider partnerships as demand grows for accessible, preventive and affordable healthcare.
