Travis Kelce and Taylor Swift
Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce may have lowkey crossed the finish line before the main event.
According to a report by Hollywood news site Page Six, multiple unnamed sources claim the couple have already legally married in a private ceremony attended only by a small circle of relatives and close friends. Their much-publicized celebration at New York's Madison Square Garden, expected to host more than 1,000 guests, is reportedly set to proceed as planned despite the alleged intimate exchange of vows.
“They are already married,” one source told the publication.
A Nashville-based music industry source also claimed the pair had “already got legally married,” fueling speculation that the ceremony took place away from the spotlight.
The report comes after questions surfaced over the absence of any recent marriage license filings linked to Swift in New York. While marriage licenses in the state remain sealed, Page Six said insiders familiar with the city's clerk's office had not seen any indication that the singer recently applied there. New York licenses remain valid for 60 days after issuance.
Adding to the intrigue, Swift's private jet reportedly made several stops in recent days, including Philadelphia, where Kelce's father lives, and Tampa, home to Swift's father, before returning to Nashville. The travel pattern prompted further speculation that close family members may have gathered before the larger celebration.
Neither Swift nor Kelce has publicly confirmed the reports, and representatives for both have yet to comment.
The couple became engaged in August 2025 after Kelce proposed at his home in Leawood.
Their upcoming celebration is expected to feature performances from high-profile guests, with reports suggesting appearances by Stevie Nicks and Kenny Chesney, while Ed Sheeran and Paul McCartney have also been rumored to attend.
