SEC-registered fintech firm Skyro has launched an AI-powered Help Center designed to provide customers with instant answers to common questions about loans, payments, interest rates, fees, and other financial services.

The new feature aims to improve customer experience by offering quick, chat-based assistance without the need to wait for customer support representatives.

“Many people want quick answers when they have questions about loans or payments. Having clear, accessible information and reliable customer support helps make the experience smoother and easier for customers,” said Skyro Head of Marketing Iya Lelyanova.

According to the company, the Skyro Help Center functions as a virtual assistant that can provide responses in less than a minute through a conversational interface. Customers can inquire about product features, interest rates, installment payments, and other service-related concerns.

The AI-powered platform is also capable of handling follow-up questions within the same conversation, allowing users to receive more detailed explanations without restarting the process. It can direct customers to official Help Center articles for additional information when needed.

Skyro said the initiative is part of its broader effort to make financial information more accessible while helping customers better understand the company’s products and services.

“We want our customers to have a seamless support experience whenever they need it,” Lelyanova said.

Skyro Head of Customer Care Jorge Brisuela said the platform was developed with convenience and personalization in mind.

“We know our customers value their time, so we focus on giving clear, personalized answers right away. With AI chat support, they can quickly get the information they need without searching through long articles,” Brisuela said.

He added that the Help Center is also intended to promote financial literacy by providing users with practical information that can help them make informed financial decisions.

“It’s not just about answering questions. We want our customers to feel more confident about managing their money by sharing helpful advice, even on things they may not have thought about yet,” he said.

While the AI-powered Help Center is intended for general inquiries, Skyro said customers with account-specific concerns or personal requests can still contact its Customer Care team through the in-app chat feature.

The company said the new service allows customers to access information about Skyro products and services anytime through AI-powered chat support available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
