Maxim Rides & Food Delivery and its driver-partners joined back-to-school activities in Batangas City, Mabalacat City and Zamboanga City ahead of the opening of classes for School Year 2026-2027.
The activities included volunteer work under Brigada Eskwela, school maintenance support and the distribution of supplies to public school students.
In Mabalacat City, Pampanga, Maxim took part in Brigada Eskwela at Mabiga Elementary School on 3 June 2026. A total of 190 riders volunteered for campus preparation work.
The riders helped with maintenance and improvement tasks as teachers and school officials prepared the school for the new academic year.
In Batangas City, 21 Maxim riders joined Brigada Eskwela activities at Alangilan Central Elementary School and Sampaga Elementary School on the same day.
The volunteers helped with school maintenance and donated school supplies and cleaning materials. The support given to teachers and students added resources before classes resumed.
Maxim driver-partners also held a school supply distribution activity in Zamboanga City. Students of Lanzones Elementary School received notebooks, pencils and rulers.
School officials, teachers, students and Maxim riders attended the distribution.
The back-to-school activities formed part of Maxim’s community programs in areas where it operates. Its other initiatives include disaster relief work, clean-up drives and outreach activities.
Maxim said these programs support education, public health, environmental care and community work.
The service entered the Philippine market in 2020, with Cebu as its first city of operations. It has since expanded to more cities across the country.
Maxim offers delivery services and also operates as a licensed Transport Network Company authorized to pre-arrange car passenger transport. It is also part of motorcycle passenger transport pilot operations in Metro Manila and Cagayan de Oro.
Customers use the Maxim app to book services, while driver-partners use the Taxsee Driver app to fulfill orders.
This time, the work placed riders inside school communities before the first bell of the year. The tasks were familiar to anyone who has seen a school prepare for opening day: clean rooms, repaired corners, supplies on hand and extra help where teachers need it most.
