A civilian helicopter reportedly crashed in Upper Barak, Quisao in Pililla, Rizal on Tuesday morning, 3 March.
Initial reports showed there were five passengers on board, including two foreign nationals.
According to Pililla Mayor John Masinsin, one passenger died during the accident, while two individuals in critical condition, and two individuals with minor injuries are currently in stable condition.
