Human resources technology firm SunFish DataOn Philippines Inc. is marking its eighth year in the industry with a major milestone: ranking 13th in The Philippines’ Growth Champions 2026, a list compiled by Statista.
The recognition underscores the company’s sustained revenue expansion and growing footprint in the local HR technology sector, where demand for digital compliance and workforce management tools continues to rise.
The anniversary, themed “Built on Trust. Driven by People.,” highlights the firm’s focus on helping organizations streamline HR operations while strengthening employee experience. Over the years, SunFish DataOn has positioned itself as a provider of scalable human resource information system solutions tailored to Philippine regulatory requirements.
The company reported that its growth has been anchored on long-term partnerships across industries, including hospitality, manufacturing, finance and retail. It also cited its recent achievement of SOC 1 Type 2 accreditation, a certification that strengthens its data security and internal control standards.
SunFish DataOn serves large enterprises through its core HR platforms designed for complex organizational structures. It also caters to small and medium-sized enterprises through GreatDay HR, an intuitive HR management solution. In 2025, GreatDay HR was named Southeast Asia’s Best HR Management App by APAC Insider.
Chief executive officer Sri Coles said the company’s expansion reflects client confidence and continued investment in product innovation.
“Our growth reflects the trust our clients place in us and the strength of our people. We remain focused on innovation that empowers HR leaders, strengthens compliance, and enables organizations to build resilient and future-ready workforces,” Coles said.
As it moves forward, the company said it intends to refine its technology offerings, expand partnerships and further strengthen its presence in the Philippine HR technology market.
