Twenty-nine leaders were recognized in one elegant evening. The annual Asia Leaders Awards returned in partnership with the Embassy of Malaysia in Manila, under the gracious leadership of His Excellency Dato’ Abdul Malik Melvin Castelino, Ambassador of Malaysia to the Philippines.
Members of the International Diplomatic Corps gathered alongside top Philippine government officials and distinguished guests. It was, of course, a fashionable affair, and it was lovely to see each country pay homage to its national attire and culture through their outfits.
There were numerous award categories honoring the diverse ways one can lead. From Leadership Excellence and Excellence in Business and Organizations to Creative Brilliance and beyond, the Asia Leaders Awards provided an opportunity to recognize the impact of hard work, service, and innovation across all sectors of society. I am deeply humbled and honored to be counted among these outstanding leaders as a Woman of Substance. I am incredibly grateful to the committee and will continue to live this recognition by example.
Since 2018, the Asia Leaders Awards has used its platform to inspire leaders and the younger generation to strive for excellence. Its mission is certainly alive and thriving. The event highlights the power of collaboration among nations and the enduring spirit of leadership across Asia. To all the attendees, supporters, and honorees — cheers!
