Vice President Sara Duterte posted the highest trust rating among the country’s top officials, with Senate President Vicente “Tito” Sotto III ranking next—both scoring higher than President Ferdinand Marcos Jr., according to the Social Weather Stations (SWS) fourth-quarter 2025 survey.
Duterte recorded a +28 net satisfaction rating in the 24 to 30 November survey, with 54 percent of respondents expressing satisfaction with her performance. This was a six-point increase from her +22 “moderate” rating in the September 2025 survey.
Sotto posted a +16 net satisfaction score in November, slightly lower than his +17 rating in September.
Earlier SWS results showed Marcos maintaining a “neutral” rating of -3, nearly unchanged from his -5 score in September, when 39percent were satisfied and 44 percent dissatisfied with his performance.
