Provincial Gov. turns over new bldg. to Pampanga tech-voc school

The Provincial Government turned over a new school building to a Kapampangan technical-vocational school at Barangay Bulaon Resettlement in the City of San Fernando, Pampanga on 23 January 2026.

According to the Provincial Government, the new building is turned over to the San Vicente Pilot School for Philippine Craftsmen. The construction of the said building started only six months ago.

Then governor and current Vice Governor Dennis Pineda allotted P8.8-million for the construction of the daud building that would cater to tech-voc students.

The building is a two-storey infrastructure with four classrooms, complete with wall fans, blackboard, and chairs that would serve as a workshop for the students of the tech-voc school.

Vice Governor Pineda, Bacolor Mayor Diman Datu, School Principal Narciso Memdiola Jr., Board Member Shiwen Lim, and Angie Blanco, Chief of Staff of the Vice Governor, led the blessing and inauguration of the said building.

The turn over and inauguration of the school building coincided with the 50th anniversary of the establishment of the said school.

The new building would be used to train more than 1,300 tech-voc students of the said institution.

Before his term ended, Vice Governor Pineda allotted P400-million for the construction of new school buildings in the whole province.

The San Vicente Pilot School for Philippine Craftsmen was once established in the town of Bacolor, and was transferred to the Bulaon Resettlement after the eruption of Mt. Pinatubo.
