Television host and media personality Kris Aquino, widely known as the “Queen of All Media,” recently had her hair cut following a medical procedure.

Hair and makeup artist Jonathan Velasco shared a video of Aquino’s haircut session on Instagram. In his post, Velasco expressed optimism about her recovery, writing, “New hair, same brave spirit. Madam @krisaquino is on the mend! Please continue to keep her in your thoughts and prayers as she gets stronger every day.”

Velasco visited Aquino at St. Luke’s Medical Center–Bonifacio Global City in Taguig, where she is currently recovering.

Aquino also reacted to the post, commenting, “I am literally so grateful to be breathing.”

Fans took to the comments section to express relief and happiness upon seeing the actress in good spirits despite her ongoing health challenges.

The television host has been battling multiple autoimmune diseases over the past few years. She previously disclosed undergoing a minor peripherally inserted central catheter (PICC) line procedure, which nearly caused her to “stop breathing” for two minutes.

Velasco encouraged supporters to continue praying for Aquino’s recovery.
