A 21-year-old regional most wanted person, identified only by the alias “Del,” was arrested by personnel of the Cainta Municipal Police Station during an operation in the town on Wednesday afternoon.
Police said the arrest was based on a warrant issued by the Cainta Regional Trial Court Branch 18 for violations of Section 5 (four counts) and Section 11 of Republic Act 9165, or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002.
No bail was recommended for the four counts of Section 5, while bail of P200,000 was set for the violation of Section 11.
The suspect is currently detained at the Cainta Municipal Police Station custodial facility while authorities facilitate the legal process for the case.
