The arrest was carried out by virtue of a warrant issued by the San Mateo Regional Trial Court Branch 175 for frustrated murder, with a recommended bail of P200,000.
After his arrest, the suspect was informed of his constitutional rights and is currently detained at the Rodriguez Municipal Police Station custodial facility for documentation and proper disposition.
