APMC victorious at DoE’s EEE Awards 2025

Ayala Land’s property management arm, Ayala Property Management Corporation (APMC) emerged as a top winner at the Department of Energy’s (DoE) Energy Efficiency Excellence (EEE) Awards 2025, clinching several distinctions for its outstanding energy management initiatives across various properties.
Accolades
The annual EEE Awards recognizes companies, projects, and institutions that champion best practices in energy efficiency. This year, APMC earned accolades in multiple categories:
Energy Management Awards
•New and Existing Buildings: Alveo Financial Tower
•Tropical Buildings: Bonifacio High Street East and Serendra Retail
•Small and Medium Buildings: BPI Intramuros and Capital House
•Large Buildings: Ayala North Exchange
Special Award for Energy Efficiency Excellence:
•Best Practices and Measures: Abreeza Residences Condo Corp.
Highest number of awards
DoE Secretary Sharon Garin lauded the Ayala Group for securing the highest number of awards this year.
A highlight of the ceremony was the presentation of the Don Emilio Abello Award for Energy Efficiency Excellence to Ayala Corporation chairman and CEO Jaime Augusto Zobel de Ayala, accepted on his behalf by APMC president Tony Martin.
“Ayala has long been recognized for its commitment to sustainability, particularly in the area of energy efficiency. To be part of these efforts at the operational level is a source of deep pride for us at APMC. We see their impact not only within the communities we manage, but also in the broader environment we serve,” Martin said.
