Converge delivers in OT

Converge delivered a 107-95 overtime win over NLEX to boost its chances in getting one of the coveted twice-to-beat advantage in the Philippine Basketball Association (PBA) Philippine Cup at the Ninoy Aquino Stadium on Wednesday.

Rookie Juan Gomez de Liaño had a triple-double ran the show as he dropped a triple-double with 20 points, 13 rebounds and 10 assists as the FiberXers finished with a 7-4 win-loss record.

Justine Baltazar had a double-double game of 25 points and 24 rebounds for Converge.

Kevin Alas scored 19 points as the Road Warriors finished with a 6-5 record.
