Eastridge Primehomes positioned themselves for a sweep of the top championship divisions after delivering strong second-round performances in the 75th Januarius Fil-Am Invitational in Baguio City on Wednesday.

At John Hay Golf Club, Ronel Taga-an powered Eastridge’s Fil-Championship bid with a tournament-best 40 points, backed by Miko Granada (39), Bobe Salahog (37), and Edison Tabalin (35).

Their 151-point round pushed Eastridge to 292 overall, building a commanding 22-point lead over Januarius Golf 1, led by Coby Rolida (36) and Terence Macatangay (35).

Over at Baguio Country Club, Eastridge’s second team also surged ahead in the Am-Championship. Vito Sarines (34), Patrick Tambalque (33), Apollo Batican (32), and Gary Sales (23) combined for a solid round that boosted their total to 221 points, good for a 14-point lead over EGC Primehomes M2.

The other division leaders were: Modern Titos-Premium Feeds, Fil-A; Surigao Kyro 1, Fil-D; Januarius 2, Am-A; and FLCA-Bears, Fil-D.
