Philippine Airlines (PAL) is set to make travel to Palau easier with the launch of twice-weekly flights between Manila and Koror, starting March next year.
The flag-carrier said Thursday that the new service offers passengers a direct gateway to Palau’s tropical beaches, crystal-clear lagoons, and vibrant dive sites.
“Creating flights to this Pacific island will stimulate tourism travel among beach lovers and the diving community. Travelers can expect world-class service on board their flights combined with Philippine Airlines’ renowned Filipino heartfelt care,” PAL President Richard Nuttall said.
PAL said the route will allow travelers from major Asian cities and the Philippines to reach Palau conveniently through its Manila hub, providing more options for leisure trips and adventure holidays.
To mark the launch, PAL is offering special introductory fares starting at $499 round-trip economy and $1,239 round-trip business class until 18 December, for travel from 29 March 2026, onwards.
Flights from Manila will depart every Wednesday and Sunday at 10:15 PM, arriving in Palau at 2:00 AM local time. Return flights leave Palau on Mondays and Thursdays at 3:10 AM, arriving in Manila at 4:55 AM.
The service will be operated by PAL’s modern 199-seater dual-class Airbus A321ceo, ensuring passengers a comfortable and convenient journey.
