Hawkins isn’t done with us yet.
The Stranger Things series finale is officially set to be a massive, movie-length goodbye, clocking in at two hours and five minutes, Netflix revealed.
Limited screenings will take place in more than 500 theaters across the U.S. and Canada starting 31 December at 5 p.m. PT, coinciding with the episode’s global Netflix premiere.
Screenings will continue through 1 January 2026. Tickets and locations are available at ST5Finale.com.
Set in the fall of 1987, Stranger Things 5 finds Hawkins still shaken by the opening of the Rifts. The group comes together with one goal: find and kill Vecna. But he’s vanished without a trace, and while his plans remain a mystery, the government has placed the town under military quarantine and ramped up its hunt for Eleven. The anniversary of Will’s disappearance nears as the final battle looms — darker and deadlier than anything before.
The first four episodes of Stranger Things 5 are already streaming on Netflix. Three more episodes will be available on Christmas Day. The grand finale drops on New Year’s Eve.
