Muntinlupa cemeteries ready

The local government of Muntinlupa has launched full-scale operations to ensure the safe and orderly observance of Undas 2025 at public cemeteries and memorial parks.
Mayor Ruffy Biazon ordered the activation of “Task Force Undas,” a group composed of city departments handling crowd control, traffic rerouting, medical response and public information.
The Muntinlupa Public Cemetery will be open from 31 October to 2 November, from 6 a.m. to 10 p.m. Cleaning and repainting of graves are allowed only until 28 October, while cremations and burials are suspended during the three-day observance.
Ahead of the observance, the Bureau of Fire Protection conducted road flushing near the cemeteries, while the Community Affairs and Development Office and the Environmental Sanitation Center led clean-up drives.
The city government reminded the public of several prohibitions inside the cemetery grounds, including gambling, the consumption of alcohol, bringing sharp objects, using loud sound systems and parking vehicles.
