HYUNDAI’S refreshed Stargazer X brings a bolder look and road-ready stance to every drive.
Hyundai Motor Philippines continues its streak of launches this year with the arrival of the 2026 Stargazer and Stargazer X. The updated lineup gives the popular family mover new tech features and a sharper presence on the road.
Both versions now lean toward a crossover-inspired design. The front end stands taller, with a revised hood, fenders, and bumpers that give it a squarer stance. The signature LED light bar remains but now connects to vertical daytime running lights, giving the face a stronger visual punch. At the back, the tailgate has been redesigned, with the license plate moved down to the bumper for a cleaner look.
The Stargazer X takes it up a notch with black fender flares, functional roof rails that can hold up to 100 kilograms, and a sportier rear spoiler. Blacked-out badges and new 17-inch wheels finish off its tougher appearance.
Hyundai has completely revamped the dashboard with a dual-screen setup that now looks more integrated, featuring up to 10.25-inch displays for both the instrument cluster and infotainment system. Wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto come standard, along with automatic climate control and a wireless phone charger in higher trims.
Both models retain the 1.5-liter four-cylinder gasoline engine delivering 115 horsepower and 144 Nm of torque. This time, all variants come exclusively with Hyundai’s Intelligent Variable Transmission (IVT) for smoother shifts and better fuel economy.
Safety remains a major highlight, with Hyundai Smartsense available in top variants. The suite includes features like adaptive cruise control with stop-and-go, lane keeping assist, forward collision warning, and blind spot monitoring. The Stargazer X also adds six airbags, electronic stability control, and hill start assist.
Five color options are offered for the standard Stargazer and three for the Stargazer X, with two-tone combinations exclusive to the latter.
Prices start at P1,118,000 for the base Stargazer GL Plus IVT and go up to P1,378,000 for the top-of-the-line Stargazer X Premium IVT. Each purchase comes with a free one-year preventive maintenance service that includes pick-up and delivery, plus Hyundai’s five-year warranty coverage.
