Department of Human Settlements and Urban Development (DHSUD) Secretary Jose Ramon Aliling, along with Social Housing Finance Corporation (SHFC) President Federico Laxa, visited potential beneficiaries of the Enhanced Community Mortgage Program (ECMP) in Barangay Pinagbuhatan on Wednesday afternoon.
Aliling met with resident-members of Villa Soledad Homeowners Association Inc., informing them of President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr.’s desire to assist them in improving their community through the ECMP, which is part of the administration’s flagship Expanded Pambansang Pabahay para sa Pilipino (4PH) Program.
“Ang gusto ng Pangulong Marcos Jr. ay mabigyan kayo ng security, at peace of mind dito sa inyong tinirhan, at ma-improve ang inyong komunidad,” the DHSUD chief told the residents, who were delighted over the good news.
As of August, 34 projects have been approved under ECMP nationwide, expected to benefit around 7,000 families.
