FOTON unveils EV lineup at Clark Freeport

Clark Freeport — FOTON Motor Philippines, Inc. (FMPI) unveiled its electric vehicle lineup during the “EV Forward” event held at its Clark assembly plant on 8 August 2025.

Clark Development Corporation (CDC) President and CEO Atty. Agnes VST Devanadera reaffirmed the agency’s support for sustainable transport with the unveiling of Foton’s EV lineup in Clark Freeport, emphasizing the importance of clean energy and mobility in economic development.

FMPI Sales Deputy Director Joshua Sytin said, “We’re strengthening our 18th year in the market by showcasing a full lineup of 100 percent electric solutions for logistics and transport.”

He added, “Our wide range of fully electric vehicles offers the trademark Foton reliability you expect, along with efficient performance and comprehensive after-sales support for all your service and spare parts needs.”

Atty. Devanadera also highlighted ongoing plans to install additional EV charging stations across the ecozone to support the shift toward electric vehicles.

The event showcased FMPI’s commitment to advancing electric vehicle technology in the country, with support from both government and private sector stakeholders.

The CDC chief said the agency continues to collaborate with partners to promote sustainable mobility and position Clark as a model for clean and efficient transport systems.
