Filigree advances master-planned luxury projects in Alabang, Clark

Luxury residential developer Filigree is entering 2026 with several projects reaching key milestones, alongside a measured expansion beyond its Metro South base.

The company said years of deliberate planning are now taking visible form, as developments near completion and its portfolio grows in scale. While expanding its reach, Filigree maintained that its approach remains rooted in disciplined, master-planned development.

From its base in Filinvest City, Alabang, Filigree has steadily built a portfolio of residential addresses designed around connectivity, walkability and green spaces.

Botanika Nature Residences’ first tower is now welcoming residents, while its second tower reached structural completion in 2025. Bristol at Parkway Place is fully sold out. Meanwhile, 1001 Parkway Residences continues vertical construction as the district’s latest luxury high-rise development.

The company said these projects reflect continuity in its long-term strategy within Filinvest City, a master-planned district that integrates residential, commercial and open spaces.

Beyond Metro Manila, Filigree has begun expanding into emerging growth areas. Golf Ridge Private Estate in Clark, Pampanga, marks the brand’s entry outside the capital region. Located within Filinvest Mimosa Plus and near a golf course, the estate signals geographic expansion while maintaining the company’s design and development standards.

As it steps further into 2026, Filigree is also introducing a refreshed visual identity. The company described the update as a measured refinement aligned with its evolving direction.

Filigree Head Daphne Sanchez said the company remains guided by the same philosophy despite broader ambitions.

“Filigree has reached remarkable milestones over the past few years, and we are excited by what lies ahead,” shares Filigree Head Daphne Sanchez. “Our direction may expand, but our philosophy remains: true luxury is a way of life.”

Among its flagship developments, 1001 Parkway Residences features biophilic architecture by SmithGroup and interiors by Miaja Design Group. The project received a five-star distinction for Best Residential High-Rise Architecture in the Philippines at the Asia Pacific Property Awards 2024–2025.

Botanika Nature Residences, a low-density community in Filinvest City, was developed in collaboration with Leandro V. Locsin Partners and Architecture International, with landscape design by AECOM Singapore. It is the only residential project awarded a five-star BERDE rating and a three-star Health and Well-Being certification from the Philippine Green Building Council.

Golf Ridge in Clark was designed by Leandro V. Locsin Partners, with landscape architecture by AECOM Singapore and interior design by ROYAL PINEDA+ Architecture • Design. The estate received a Gold award for architectural design at the London Design Awards and was named Best Residential Development (20+ Units) at the Asia Pacific Property Awards.

Filigree said its expansion reflects steady growth anchored on craftsmanship and long-term planning, as it continues to position itself within the luxury residential segment.
