The National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) announced Saturday the arrest of a suspect wanted for murder and frustrated murder, Shawn Abner Golden, alias “Chot,” following his voluntary surrender in San Antonio, Zambales.
Reports showed that on 6 August 2025, agents from the NBI Dagupan District Office (NBI-DADO) located Golden in Barangay Pundaquit, San Antonio, where he was staying with a friend.
After being informed of his constitutional rights, Golden willingly surrendered and was taken into custody.
