Hermosa, Bataan – The bodies of the two boys who went missing during the height of the inclement weather on Sunday were found earlier today at a river in this town.
According to a report, the two victims are reportedly brothers named Jhearo Reyes and RJ Reyes.
RJ, the younger boy, was found earlier in the Pulo-Almacen River, while Jhearo was found in Balsik River. Both areas are located in this town.
They are both residents of the neighboring town of Dinalupihan, where the Pentor River is situated. The two, along with an older man, went missing after strong currents from the inclement weather swept them away.
The father of one of the drowning victims was found and rescued at Pentor Dam on Sunday late afternoon. The man, who was also one of the three missing, was found clinging to bamboo and was immediately taken to the nearest hospital in Dinalupihan.
The MDRRMO Hermosa, MDRRMO Dinalupihan, Lion Fire and Rescue Volunteer Brigade, and the Barangay Pulo BPAT were conducting the search and retrieval operations when the two boys were found.
