Habagat bares plastic problem in Navotas

Household waste littered the flooded streets of Barangay Navotas East on Thursday afternoon, 24 July 2025, as continuous rains brought by the southwest monsoon drenched the area. Residents lamented that the damaged Navotas floodgate has worsened the flooding in their community.
