Power Mac Center expands Apple support with La Union service center

Power Mac Center (PMC), the country’s leading Apple partner, has opened its first Mobile Care Service Center in the Ilocos Region, marking a major expansion in customer support services for Northern Luzon residents.

The new branch, located on Level 3 of Robinsons La Union, is the region’s first Apple Authorized Service Provider and aims to deliver professional diagnostic, maintenance, and repair services for Apple products. It is operated by Apple-certified technicians and uses only genuine parts.

“Power Mac Center believes that quality service should be as accessible as the products we offer. This new Mobile Care Service Center in Robinsons La Union ensures that our customers in the region can experience seamless support for their Apple devices that is closer to home,” said Joey Alvarez, PMC Director for Marketing and Product Management.

The opening brings PMC’s Mobile Care network to 23 nationwide, including 16 standalone locations and seven service centers located within Apple Premium Partner stores.

Launch perks for Apple users

To celebrate the milestone, Mobile Care Robinsons La Union is offering limited-time discounts on select services. On 10 July, customers can avail of 50 percent off on diagnostic fees, software fixes, and non-repair services. From 11 to 13 July, these services will be offered at 25 percent off. This launch complements the existing Power Mac Center retail store in Robinsons La Union, creating a one-stop hub for Apple enthusiasts in the province. The retail location offers the latest Apple devices and a wide array of accessories.

PMC loyalty program offers added value

Customers are also encouraged to join PMC’s 1 Infinite loyalty program, where every purchase earns reward points that can be used for Apple products, accessories, services, and training. Points are earned through the 1 Infinite mobile app, available on the App Store and Google Play.

Members enjoy exclusive perks based on tier level, including discounts of up to 50 percent on training courses and additional benefits at Mobile Care and Basecamp, PMC’s training arm.

The new Mobile Care in La Union adds to PMC’s presence in Northern Luzon, joining branches in Robinsons Ilocos Norte, SM City Laoag, SM City Urdaneta Central, Robinsons Pangasinan, and The Loop outlets in Vigan and Dagupan.

The service center is open daily from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM
