After more than three decades of dedicated government service, Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG) Muntinlupa Director Gloria Aguhar is bidding farewell to her official duties, marked by heartfelt gratitude and recognition from the city’s leadership.
Muntinlupa Mayor Ruffy Biazon led the city government in honoring Aguhar’s retirement, recalling her critical role in the city’s journey toward good governance and national recognition.
“Ma’am Gloria, maraming salamat sa alalay, lalo na sa Seal of Good Local Governance at marami pang awards na natanggap ng Muntinlupa,” Biazon said during the sendoff. “Alam nating hindi ito madali, but with your guidance, marami tayong naachieve sa isang termino na nakasama namin kayo.”
Under Aguhar’s leadership, Muntinlupa consistently met DILG benchmarks and earned accolades that reflected the city’s improved services, systems, and commitment to transparency.
“This is not goodbye but see you around,” Biazon said. “Enjoy your retirement and thank you very much from all of us at the City Government of Muntinlupa.”
