HERITAGE CITY OF VIGAN, Ilocos Sur — Former Ilocos Sur Governor Luis “Chavit” Singson, a prominent businessman and political figure, announced he will give away P7 million in cash prizes to the public as a birthday gift 21 June.
Singson, known for his philanthropy, stated that P1 million will go to one lucky winner, with the remaining P6 million distributed as P10,000 prizes to numerous other winners.
“This 21 June at 7 p.m., I’ll give away P7 million in cash prizes,” Singson said in a statement. “It is my birthday, but I want you to be happy.”
