Four individuals who are listed as the most wanted persons at the provincial level were arrested in separate manhunt operations in Rizal province on Tuesday.
Alias Peejay, 37, a resident of Sitio Mansanas, Barangay Halayhayin, Pililla, was arrested by virtue of a warrant of arrest for frustrated murder issued by a regional trial court in Morong, Rizal. He has a recommended bail of P200,000 for his temporary liberty.
In Barangay Kadalagahan, Taytay, alias Melet, 42, the number one most wanted of Benguet Police Provincial Office, was also arrested for estafa and large-scale illegal recruitment.
In Jalajala, Rizal, authorities also apprehended alias Michael, 31, the number four most wanted person in the province. He is facing two cases of statutory rape with no bail recommended.
And lastly, alias Danica, 31, a resident of Antipolo City, ranked as the number four most wanted person at the provincial level, was also collared by the police in Pasig City. He is facing three cases of qualified theft with a recommended bail of P12,000 for each case, and 60 additional cases of qualified theft with a bail amount from P24,000 to P40,000 for each case.
The arrested individuals were brought to the custody of the police stations that arrested them while preparing the pertinent documents for the return of the warrants to the issuing courts.
