The Bureau of Corrections (BuCor) promoted 85 personnel Thursday in a ceremony at the New Bilibid Prison (NBP) compound, coinciding with the nation’s 127th Independence Day celebration.
The promotions included 24 commissioned personnel, 54 non-commissioned personnel and seven non-uniformed personnel. BuCor also announced the appointment of five new non-uniformed personnel, 11 uniformed personnel and one civilian lateral entry to bolster its workforce.
