Celebrities following fellow celebrities is always a big deal among netizens.
This is perfectly shown in the case of former Miss Universe Catriona Gray and Pasig Mayor Vico Sotto whom eagle-eyed netizens noticed were following each other on Instagram.
Easily, the budding social media friendship between the two was welcomed by netizens with open arms as they were giddy about the possibility of them elevating their status from single to in a relationship.
Many found the two as bagay (compatible) for each other as they are both Christian, intelligent and strong-willed. As such, netizens were shipping the two with welcome glee.
Of course, it did help that Sotto’s mom, Coney Reyes, herself a devout Christian, is also following Gray on Instagram.
