A regional high-value individual ranked No. 5 on the drug watchlist was arrested during an anti-illegal drug operation in Barangay Palatiw, Pasig City, early Tuesday morning.
The 67-year-old suspect, identified only by the alias “Logan,” a resident of Barangay Palatiw, was apprehended by anti-narcotics operatives of the Pasig City Police Station along San Agustin Street at around 1:20 AM.
Authorities confiscated approximately 25 grams of suspected shabu from the suspect, with a standard drug price of P170,000.
The suspect is now detained at the Pasig City Police Station custodial facility and will be charged with violating Republic Act No. 9165, or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002.
