The University of the Philippines Diliman (UPD) and the University of Santo Tomas (UST) have officially released their academic schedules for the upcoming school year 2025–2026.

For UP Diliman, the UP College Admission Test (UPCAT) is scheduled to take place on Saturday to Sunday, 2 to 3 August 2025. Registration period will be held from Wednesday to Friday, 6 to 8 August 2025.

Classes for the first semester will begin on Monday, 11 August 2025, and end on Friday, 5 December 2025. Final examinations are set from Tuesday to Tuesday, 9 to 16 December 2025.

Meanwhile, UST will commence regular classes on Thursday, 7 August 2025. Preliminary examinations are scheduled for Wednesday, 8 October 2025, followed by a break for Undas on Thursday, 30 October 2025.

Final examinations for the first term will be held on Friday, 12 December 2025, while the annual Paskuhan celebration is set for Friday, 19 December 2025.

UST students will begin registration for the second term on Monday, 12 January 2026, with regular classes starting Friday, 16 January 2026.

Both universities advised students to regularly check official channels for any adjustments to the academic calendar.
