
Dexterton Corporation has launched a redesigned Caracole.ph website, introducing new features tailored for the Philippine market and design professionals. The relaunch of the luxury furniture brand's online platform aims to enhance customer experience and strengthen its connection with local clientele.
Caracole PH is part of Dexterton's portfolio of home and lifestyle brands. According to Caracole Brand Management at Dexterton, the website revamp was designed "with the local market in mind" and goes beyond the U.S. Caracole site by integrating features specific to Filipino customers.
New offerings include an online appointment scheduling system for private showroom visits at Dexterton BGC and Quezon City, access to dedicated sales designers for personalized guidance, and exclusive features for registered design professionals.
The platform now allows customers to easily book showroom appointments and receive assistance from Sales Designers who can guide them through furniture selection based on their tastes, lifestyle, and spatial needs. "It has been made easy… to feel comfortable in selecting furniture that is reminiscent of their lifestyles," Caracole PH - Dexterton said. "Professional Sales Designers and Furniture Specialists are ready to guide a buyer’s decision-making."
For registered design professionals, Caracole.ph offers downloadable 3D models of furniture, showroom staging support, and on-site mock-ups to aid in design visualization.
Dexterton’s in-house Web Development Team designed the site with a focus on clarity, intuitive navigation, and reflecting the brand's luxurious aesthetic through clean layouts and refined typography. "Even through digital or online, we wanted to give the experience of feeling inspired and aspirational—like walking into a beautifully designed home where everything just perfectly fits," the team said.
The website features lifestyle imagery showcasing Caracole's furniture in interior settings. Furniture is organized into categories like living, dining, and bedroom, with new arrivals highlighted. An enhanced search bar allows for efficient navigation.
Caracole PH - Dexterton noted that the redesign coincides with a shift in Caracole US's design philosophy, making it an opportune time to refresh the local website.
A new content hub on the platform will provide users with updates on local and global Caracole news, trends, and collaborations. This includes locally produced video content highlighting Caracole's involvement in projects such as the Mark Bumgarner Bridal Studio collaboration.
