American actress Krysten Ritter is reprising her role as Jessica Jones in season 2 of Marvel Television’s Daredevil: Born Again.

The announcement of her return to the big screen came during Marvel’s segment of Disney’s presentation to advertisers on Tuesday.

“I’m so excited to bring back this iconic character, and without giving too much away,” she said, claiming this season will be an incredible one.

Ritter portrayed Jessica Jones in the Netflix series, which ran for three seasons from 2015 to 2019. She also appeared in The Defenders on Netflix.

Season 2 of Daredevil: Born Again is currently in production. Jessica Jones was one of the Marvel shows to air on Netflix, alongside Daredevil.
