Angelo A. Villanueva has roots in Dumaguete, so he moved there 15 years ago, leaving his heels in Manila where he was born. A tour aficionado, he runs Divaguete Bespoke Tours and owns a lifestyle and fashion boutique called Studio 58.

Adamo. “To long for.” A restaurant that pushes “slow food techniques and local ingredients. Run by Chef Edison Manuel. A favorite of locals.

Arts + Design Collective Dumaguete houses several establishments such as Mister Saigon, Fermentina Garden Cafe, Libraria Bookshop, Ritual Dumaguete and Studio 58.

Where to Hang Out:

Manjuyod Sandbar. Always a good idea for fiends and tourists alike, whether low tide or high tide.
