Dancers in colorful, traditional clothing twirled in the evening light, their movements reflecting generations of devotion. Cheers, candlelight and floral offerings greeted the image of the province’s revered patroness as performers and pilgrims transformed the night into a spectacle of heritage and hope.
The event, spearheaded by the Provincial Government of Ilocos Norte and embraced by the people of Laoag City, was a vivid expression of faith interwoven with music, color and tradition.
