Streets in Laoag City came alive Saturday night in a vibrant display of faith as the grand procession of La Virgen Milagrosa unfolded through the heart of Ilocos Norte.
Dancers in colorful, traditional clothing twirled in the evening light, their movements reflecting generations of devotion. Cheers, candlelight and floral offerings greeted the image of the province’s revered patroness as performers and pilgrims transformed the night into a spectacle of heritage and hope.
