Police arrested the top fifth most wanted person in Muntinlupa City for a homicide case in an operation on the afternoon of 26 April 2025, authorities said Monday.
Muntinlupa City Police chief PCol. Robert C. Domingo said that operatives from the Station Intelligence Section, led by P/Maj. Peter C. Aquino, apprehended the suspect, identified only as alias Rolly, at around 1 p.m. in Purok 1, Block 10, Barangay Bayanan.
The suspect, a 48-year-old male construction worker and resident of the said barangay, was arrested under a warrant issued by Hon. Analie B. Oga-Brual, Acting Presiding Judge of the Regional Trial Court Branch 276, Muntinlupa City.
The warrant, dated 2 April 2025, pertains to a homicide charge under Criminal Case No. 23-002.
Police operatives immediately took the suspect to Ospital ng Muntinlupa (Osmun) for a medical examination. He is currently detained at the Muntinlupa Custodial and Detention Facility while awaiting the return of the warrant to the issuing court.
