Subic Freeport — The Philippine Fleet (PF) hailed Naval Forces Western Mindanao (NFWM) Commander, Rear Adm. Francisco Tagamolila Jr., during his farewell visit to Naval Operating Base-Subic in Zambales on 21 April.
Tagamolila proceeded to pay a courtesy call on Fleet Commander, Rear Adm. Joe Anthony Orbe.
Tagamolila, of Philippine Military Academy (PMA) "Tanglaw-Diwa" Class of 1992, has held numerous key positions throughout his illustrious career.
Prior to his current post, he served as Deputy Commander for Fleet Operations of the Naval Forces West and Commander of Naval Forces Northern Luzon.
"The honors accorded by the Fleet served as a fitting tribute to Tagamolila as he is about to conclude his distinguished years of service," the PF stated.
"His leadership, dedication, and contributions have made a lasting impact on the Philippine Navy, playing a key role in advancing its modernization and enhancing its operational capabilities," the PF added.
