Hotel Okura Manila is celebrating its third anniversary this April with a host of exquisite culinary experiences inspired by spring and Japanese tradition. Marking another year of excellence and heartfelt omotenashi — the Japanese spirit of gracious hospitality — the celebration includes exclusive offerings that blend timeless tradition with modern refinement.
In honor of Hotel Okura’s 62nd global anniversary, 62 hand-selected bottles of The Dalmore Emerald — personally chosen by Master Whisky Maker Gregg Glass — are available for purchase at Yamazato. These collector’s edition bottles, presented in a bespoke emerald box, are limited to just 62 units worldwide and will be sold on a first-come, first-served basis.
To complement the rare whisky, Yamazato Executive Chef Keiichiro Fujino has prepared a Dalmore Dinner: an exclusive six-course kaiseki menu designed to pair perfectly with The Dalmore Emerald. Only 18 sets of this luxurious pairing will be served throughout April.
Guests can also enjoy the Sakura Anniversary Kaiseki, a special multi-course meal that reflects the fleeting beauty of spring. Each dish showcases seasonal ingredients and traditional techniques, capturing the delicate elegance of the sakura season.
As a special promotion, every two full-paying One Harmony members will receive a complimentary third meal for a guest. The promo is valid for the Sakura Kaiseki offerings, with prices starting at P2,800++ per kaiseki.
For those looking to enjoy fine Japanese cuisine in a more casual setting, Hotel Okura Manila offers the “À la Minute Kisetsu Buffet,” a weekday lunch experience priced at P1,600++ per person. This curated selection of made-to-order seasonal specialties is available Monday to Friday.
Guests who want to fully immerse in spring’s splendor may avail of the Hanami Room and Dining Experience, a limited-time package that combines luxury accommodations, signature dining, and exclusive perks. The offer is valid until 30 April 2025 and includes a welcome amenity upon arrival, daily breakfast for two adults and two children at Yawaragi, P3,000 worth of food and beverage credits, and discounts at both Yawaragi and Yamazato. Complimentary Wi-Fi, fitness center access, and use of the outdoor pool are also included.
