Revival King Jojo Mendrez and his legal counsel, Atty. Chiqui Advincula, went to Police Station 10 in Kamuning, Quezon City, on Tuesday, 1 April, to file a blotter against Mark Herras.
"Jojo Mendrez is here to formally report his complaint regarding the incident where he was threatened, which amounts to a grave threat when he was told he would be harmed, both personally and to his property," Atty. Advincula explained in an interview with Morly Alinio.
"I'm saddened by what happened. I have no message for him," Mendrez said.
"We went here to show that Jojo Mendrez is very serious. He is not taking this threat lightly. This is a very serious complaint," Atty. Advincula added.
Herras has yet to issue a statement regarding the complaint. Meanwhile, Mendrez's legal team is preparing further legal action should the situation escalate. Authorities have acknowledged the report and assured that the matter will be investigated.
