Not all builders wear hard hats — some build industries, economies, and futures.
For decades, Isidro Consunji, chairman and president of DMCI Holdings, has been laying the groundwork for nation-building through business.
Now, his contributions have earned him the Alumni Achievement Award (Triple A) from the Asian Institute of Management (AIM) — the institution’s highest honor for exceptional leadership and impact.
Consunji has steered DMCI Group’s expansion across construction, real estate, mining, power, and water utilities — industries that form the backbone of the Philippine economy.
Under his leadership, DMCI has created over 33,000 jobs, propelled infrastructure development, and transformed communities from Metro Manila to Semirara Island and Masbate.
Consunji also chairs Semirara Mining and Power Corp. and CEMEX Holdings Philippines while holding board seats at Atlas Consolidated Mining and Development Corp. and Maynilad Water Services, Inc.
Joining six other distinguished Triple A recipients from across Asia, Consunji’s latest accolade cements his legacy as a transformational leader — not just in business, but in shaping the very foundations of progress.
