My love for parties knows no limits! If you’ve got something to celebrate, whether it’s an awards night or, in this case, a country, I’ll be there. The National Day of the Kingdom of Thailand is celebrated every 5 December and is considered a very special day. It commemorates the Birthday Anniversary of His Majesty the late King Bhumibol Adulyadej The Great, and is also Thailand’s Father’s Day. Talk about a triple celebration!
It was a fabulous time at the Mayuree Ballroom of The Dusit Thani Manila. We enjoyed a seemingly endless supply of authentic Thai food and culture and I can’t get enough of it! Of course, amidst a sea of distinguished guests, the Ambassador of Thailand affirmed the partnership between our two countries and our mutual benefits across sectors like agriculture, tourism and more. It was such a lovely event to be a part of yet again! My gratitude goes to The Ambassador of Thailand, His Excellency Tull Traisorat and Mme. Fa Traisorat for having me again this year.
Another thing to celebrate is my dear Tita Helen Ong! She recently got honored by the International Bazaar Foundation, Inc. (IBF) as vice chairperson in grateful recognition of her continued support to International Bazaar Foundation, Inc. Their foundation supports many causes like students, livelihood programs, homes for the elderly and abused, and more. Well-deserved, Tita Helen! She’s one of my idols for a reason!
I wonder what we’re celebrating next? Stay tuned! Cheers!
