The Yellow Movement is seeking a political revival playing on the narrative of democracy vs. strongman rule, elite governance against populism, and historical revisionism in contrast to the People Power ideals in the May elections.

US President Donald Trump’s shake-up of the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) has dealt a direct blow to the so-called deep state, which includes left-wingers and Democrats.
The conspiracy between the Yellow Mob and the revolutionary Reds serves as its counterpart in this country.
The global aid agency has become a conduit for promoting principles that an elitist group relies on to maintain a world order shaped by their agenda.
The deep state is a hidden, unelected network of government officials, intelligence agencies, military leaders and bureaucrats who secretly influence and control national policy, regardless of which political party is in power.
The discredited mob that led two veiled military takeovers of the government in EDSA 1 and 2 maintained a similar structure by which it sought to impose its agenda on the populace no matter the results of elections.
But since the victory of President Rodrigo Duterte in 2016 until the current dispensation, the influence of the hypocritical group has waned.

It secures funds from the same US actors behind the USAID global domination.
Trump had recently placed all employees of USAID on leave. This involves about 2,000 persons on its payroll.
Trump, Secretary of State Marco Rubio, and tech billionaire Elon Musk, who runs the newly created Department of Government Efficiency, have uncovered USAID projects that wasted millions of taxpayer dollars on useless and ridiculous projects.
According to data from the US government’s official foreign aid statistics website, USAID had distributed nearly $43.8 billion in aid, about three of every five foreign assistance dollars.
Rubio said the agency operates as if its master is the “globe” and not the US, which is a departure from the intent of the original statute that created it.
The attitude of its employees, Rubio said, is that they work for themselves, not the American people or their elected officials.
USAID is a product of the Cold War. It was created through a 1961 executive order by President John F. Kennedy as a tool of the federal government to influence other nations through financial and other assistance.
After the Cold War, the goals of the agency became nebulous and veered far to the left despite operating under the guise of non-partisanship.
In 2023 under President Joe Biden, USAID spent $1 million on a project to help disabled people in Tajikistan become “climate leaders.”
It funded “culture grants” to promote drag queen performances in Ecuador. Millions of dollars were spent on various diversity, equity, and inclusion projects, including a program to “engage with indigenous-led institutions to implement an indigenous language technology program.”
It was also believed to have spent money on groups that praised terrorists.
In November 2022, USAID gave a $78,000 grant to the Community Development and Continuing Education Institute, a Palestinian activist group based in the West Bank.
Its leaders praised a terrorist who murdered a US military attaché as a “hero fighter.”
Republican Arkansas Sen. Tom Cotton sent a letter to USAID in October 2024 saying that some of the more than one billion dollars for humanitarian relief in Gaza was likely being funneled to terrorists.
Under Biden, USAID even spent money funding abortions in Africa through programs billed as AIDS relief.
Most damning of all, based on recent federal reports, is that USAID has funneled money to Chinese organizations working on coronavirus research, including the infamous Wuhan Institute of Virology.
Gutting USAID was unimaginable before Trump, who has shown the immense will needed to get it done.
