Toyota Philippines honors top dealers and professionals

Toyota Motor Philippines (TMP) recently recognized the outstanding achievements of its dealer network, marketing professionals, and service advisers for 2024 during the annual Toyota Dealer Awards and the Toyota Outstanding Performers in Sales and Service (TOPS) Awards.

Held at the 2025 dealer conference, the Toyota Dealer Awards highlighted the top performers across all aspects of dealership operations. The highly coveted President’s Award of Excellence was awarded to:

- Toyota Marilao, Bulacan, Inc. (TMR) – Large Business Division

- Toyota Nueva Ecija, Inc. (TNI) – Medium Business Division

- Toyota Tarlac City (TTA) – Small Business Division

This prestigious award recognizes dealers that have demonstrated excellence in sales, customer service, and overall operations.

Additionally, Toyota Marilao, Bulacan, Inc. was honored with the President’s Value Chain Award, while Toyota Nueva Ecija, Inc. received the President’s Customer Satisfaction (CS) Cup of Excellence Award for exceptional customer service.

TMP chairman Alfred Ty reaffirmed Toyota’s mission, stating, “I would like to remind Team Toyota Philippines of our mission of making ever-better products and creating happiness. Let us unite our efforts as one Toyota to remain number one in the hearts of every Filipino.”

Other recognitions included the Toyota Dealer Achievement Award – Overall Operations, Toyota Award of Excellence – Operations Performance, and several special citations for excellence in dealership operations.

TMP president Masando Hashimoto acknowledged the network’s resilience, stating, “2024 was indeed a year of challenges, and we overcame it all through your hard work and dedication. As we step into 2025, we do so with gratitude for our continuous partnership, and we are very excited for the road ahead.”
