VinFast opens CamSur 3S dealership

VinFast Philippines has opened its first dealership in Camarines Sur, where customers can now buy its electric vehicles an d have them serviced at the same location.
The 1,542-square-meter facility in Pili is the company’s second dealership in the Bicol Region. It operates in partnership with GR8 Motors Marketing Inc., which also opened a VinFast sales outlet in Sorsogon in April.
The new branch is located along Maharlika Highway in Zone 1, San Juan, Palestina, Pili. Unlike the earlier Sorsogon outlet, which operates as a 1S sales facility, the Camarines Sur branch offers the full 3S services of sales, service and spare parts.

Of the total floor area, 799 square meters are allotted to vehicle displays. The space can accommodate 10 to 12 units from VinFast’s electric vehicle lineup, which includes the VF 3, VF 5, VF 6, VF 7 and VF 9.
The remaining 743 square meters serve as the maintenance and repair area. There are four service bays, with certified technicians assigned to carry out preventive maintenance, vehicle diagnostics and other repairs.
The workshop has equipment for wheel alignment and tire replacement, as well as a section for major mechanical work. It also has a car wash area. Customers can avail themselves of body repair and vehicle care services, along with maintenance work on EV batteries and high-voltage systems.
Genuine VinFast spare parts and accessories are also available at the dealership. According to the company, the workshop can accommodate customers from neighboring provinces who need repairs, scheduled maintenance or other after-sales services.
The facility also uses solar energy. Its 120 solar panels have a combined rated output of 74,400 watts, with a 125-kilowatt hybrid inverter and a 165-kilowatt-hour battery storage system. Two dedicated charging stations are installed at the property.
The opening comes as VinFast continues to add dealers across the country. The company has set a target of 60 dealerships nationwide by the end of 2026.
GR8 Motors now operates VinFast locations in both Camarines Sur and Sorsogon. The new Pili branch gives the dealer partner a larger facility with workshop services that are not available at its sales-only location in Sorsogon.
Apart from its retail and service network, VinFast has introduced several programs for buyers. These include a battery subscription option and a Residual Value Guarantee, both subject to the conditions of their respective programs.
The company also offers free unlimited charging at authorized V-Green charging stations until 31 March 2029, subject to applicable terms.
